Pentax Optio I-10 reviewed: Ideally normal compress camera in the decidedly invogue box

We had tall hopes for the Pentax Optio I-10, the little compress camera which breaks out of a brushed steel box and delivers the style suggestive of a ’70s SLR. Unfortunately, initial hands-on reports weren’t enlivening as well as, now that we’ve had a chance to read a full examination, it seems this one lacks the opening to back-up its looks. Neutralday.com put this 12.1 megapixel, 5x zoom model by its paces as well as found that it delivers thoroughly normal images in most situations, with highlights being the compact distance and quick startup, but low-points including inaccurate auto-focus in low light as well as bad ISO opening. Ultimately it’s not the bad camera as well as we’re certainly not opposed to paying the small extra for a tool which creates you feel comfortable inside, but if you’re strictly seeking for a most appropriate opening we can save money by selecting the model without faux leatherette styling.
