Nagoya Institute’s folding X-Frame automobile lacks S-foils, hyperdrive, rolls upon the large orange round
Welcome to a future, dear readers, where boring black tires have been transposed with splendid orange and yellow ones as well as where your automobile can boldly expand or contract. This is a X-Frame Folding Vehicle, a judgment from the Nagoya Institute of Technology that was first shown during a 2009 Tokyo Motor Show, but rolled out of stealing again for a city’s recent Good Design Expo. The automobile changes shape to suggest seating for possibly a single or two and can raise or reduce itself boldly based on terrain, speed, and vicinity of Clown Gang members when you’re cruising in Neo-Tokyo. No word upon when or if it will see production, but don’t let the complete lack of crash-worthiness get you down upon this prophesy of tomorrow.
