Sanjay Jha says mixed Motorola inscription sizes entrance, hints during Atrix upon alternative carriers
Can’t say this is any warn, but Sanjay Jha just confirmed on Motorola’s earnings call that he “sees good reason” to in the future recover an entire family of tablets at “dissimilar multiple dissimilar display sizes and cost points.” Specifically, Jha mentioned 7-inch tablets, and after said which consumer demographics like kids, teenagers, and “women” wish different things from the tablet than enterprise and veteran customers — that sounds suspiciously like Jha doesn’t think women wish the singular device for work and home, though we’ll give him the benefit of the disbelief, since he’s not regularly the smoothest speaker.
As for the Atrix, Jha simply said which “you will see the diversity in a retail channel as good with alternative carriers in the US,” which certainly sounds similar to it’ll strike alternative carriers once a AT&T exclusivity runs out. How long which exclusivity is, we don’t know — but keep in thoughts that the Droid Bionic is very nearly the same phone, so there’s a chance the software refurbish will bring that honeyed docking movement to the red side of a marketplace in a prospect. And if not, we’re certain the hacking community will have it lonesome.
