BlueLounge Nest: iPad Stand as well as Desk-Tidy In One
IPad stands have been utilitarian right up until you’re not using them to stand-up your iPad. Then they become desktop pariahs, turning from tabletop-tidies to cosmetic confusion in seconds. Unless, which is, a mount is the BlueLounge Nest.
This little box is handy whether or not it is loaded with an iPad. As the mount, it functions dual ways. One is a lot like the perspex blocks Apple uses to show off the iPad in store: you just dump a tablet on top and it is held at a good typing angle. The second angle is completed by pulling the tiny shifting drawer-like tab from a back. Turn the Nest around, so a tray sits at the back of a iPad, and offshoot a tablet into this tab.
The whole time you’re you do this, a Nest is also an open tray into that you can dump all manner of desktop detritus, from charging cables and USB thumb-drives through camera adapters as well as tasty chocolate snacks.
One use-case mentioned by BlueLounge PR is as the nightstand stand, as well as which sounds like the good thought. I imagine that a Nest’s bowl-like pattern would easily locate a drips from a potion of scotch I like to have on hand should I wake-up parched.
Better than all of this (except a nightstand bourbon – you unequivocally should try it) is a cost. The multi-hued Nest is only $15. Or it will be when BlueLounge gets around to flicking a switch upon the product page.
