Bulb Plumen 001 is considered the world's first design of energy-saving lamp, which confirms the prestigious award for Best Design of the year. Novelty was represented at Brit Insurance Design Awards at London's Design Museum. Total for this award were nominated for 90 participants.

According to jury chairman Stephen Bailey (Stephen Bayley) Plumen is an excellent example of how out of ordinary things done something amazing. Where the traditional fluorescent lamp rejects its dazzling light, this attracts the warmth and comfort.

Design energy-saving lamps Plumen already sold in Europe and the UK, and will soon appear in the U.S.. The cost of such innovations is 19.95 pounds (about $ 32).
